On October 10, West Bengal CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharya had been expecting Rizwanur's mother Kishwar Jahan at his home. But the Rehman family cancelled the meeting, much to Bhattacharya's regret. ''She doesn't want to talk to me. It is my bad luck. If she doesn't want to talk what can I do? Still I want to say, if she changes her mind, I am ready to talk to her,'' said Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, Chief Minister, West Bengal.
