Finance Bill: GAAR not deferred out of fear, says Pranab

Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister spoke at the Lok Sabha over Finance Bill. He says that current account deficit of 4% and the fiscal consolidation of 5.9% cannot be borne by the economy, adding that oil subsidy needs to be fixed to 2% of GDP.
