With the Nitish Kumar government ensuring better job prospects in Bihar, the number of migrants from the state headed to Punjab for a living has dropped drastically, with figures being pegged at more than 25 per cent. What's more, Bihari's who had made Punjab their home for the last several years are now looking to return to their roots.
