In a new twist to the Karnataka power transfer stand-off, all the BJP ministers plan to submit their resignations to Chief Minister Kumaraswamy.The decision comes after ally Janata Dal (S) refused to transfer power to BJP on October 3 as per their uderstanding 20 months back. Much to BJP's irritation, the JD(S) has clearly said that chief minister HD Kumaraswamy will not resign.
