ISRO chief targeting me: Madhavan Nair

An all out war has broken out in India's space agency ISRO after an order barring former top scientists including ex-chief Madhavan Nair from any government association. This comes after a report on the controversial ISRO deal giving a private company access to precious S-band spectrum. Speakng to NDTV, Madhavan Nair alleged witch-hunting by the current chief, but the government says he can appeal and it will be considered.
