House panel recommends: Bring Prime Minister under Lokpal
A Select Committee of the Rajya Sabha has adopted a draft report that recommends that the Prime Minister be brought under the purview of the Lokpal, except for when national security is involved like in matters of Intelligence or Atomic Energy.
