Delhi ushers in New Year with coldest night of the season
Delhi woke up to a cover of fog on the first day of the New Year as cold wave conditions continue to prevail across North India. Today is the season's coldest day so far; the minimum temperature dipped to four degrees Celsius early in the morning.
