Delhi new Master Plan offers soaring skylines

Delhi's new Master plan - to be out by 2014 - suggests that new rules on how tall a building can be, could be relaxed in the city to enable high rises. The plan also looks at setting up one lakh flats for the poor. It also puts a hold on all sealing and demolition activities against unauthorised structures till 2014.
