The Congress said it's open to an alliance with the Samajwadi party in Uttar Pradesh for the next General Elections. The aim is that the Congress wanted to rally all anti-Bharatiya Janata Party forces in the state, Digvijay Singh, the general secretary in-charge of the state said.
