A two-and-a-half-year-old girl is fighting for her life alone in a Noida hospital. She was abandoned by her family, possibly because she has cerebral palsy - a neurological disorder which affects muscular coordination. Sadly, she's just one of the thousands of children who face the stigma of disability in this country.
