Ahmed Mukhtar, has emerged as one of the main contenders to become the Prime Minister of the new coalition government in Pakistan, but he would prefer to be president instead. Mukhtar's Pakistan People's Party's leader, Asif Ali Zardari has been non-committal on impeaching President Pervez Musharraf but he wants to impeach the General.
