Ever since the joint venture between ONGC and Laxmi Mittal was born in 2005 reports about it shutting shop have been doing the rounds.The latest reason to trigger the speculation is that two of the remaining staff in the JV has been absorbed by the Mittals themselves. This includes the CEO of ONGC-Mittal Energy Services Ltd, he has been moved to Mittal Investment Sarl, the Mittal family holding company.
