Bulls have ruled Dalal Street this year pushing the Sensex over 40 per cent and with dollars pouring in, it's been a great time for IPOs. The red-hot sector this year was real estate and realty IPOs dominated as returns were also high. Most of these IPOs were launched very well by listing at over 50 per cent premium.
