Steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal has found his way among the top ten notches in the Forbes list of 100 billionaires again, bagging the fifth spot with $ 23.5 billion in his pocket. The top honour in the list has gone to Bill Gates. "The list reflects the extraordinary turmoil and positive things happening to the global economy," said Steve Forbes, Editor in Chief and CEO, Forbes Magazine.
