With the valuation of BALCO having come under fire, the latest development adding to Sterlite's woes is the outsourcing of part of the valuation exercise by SBI Caps to a management consulting firm. Sterlite's chief Anil Aggarwal's plans to buy out the government's remaining stake in BALCO is running into bigger problems every day.
