Shashi Tharoor's night out at TUCC
Shashi Tharoor, the Union minister for Human Resource Development, was present for the Toyota University Cricket Championship (TUCC) match between Madras University and APS University team from Rewa, at Jamia Ground in New Delhi.
He seemed almost as excited about the match as the players and spectators were.

The minister was also present at the toss and said that the tournament will glamorize University cricket.
"College cricket was a big draw during our days. We would have anything between 10000-15,000 people watching every day of a five-day college match and there were no stadiums in our days. The Combined Universities team was as good as the national team,"
