Shashi Tharoor's night out at TUCC

Shashi Tharoor, the Union minister for Human Resource Development, was present for the Toyota University Cricket Championship (TUCC) match between Madras University and APS University team from Rewa, at Jamia Ground in New Delhi.

He seemed almost as excited about the match as the players and spectators were.
