Zubeen Garg Death Probe: First Images of Accused Event Organiser Emerge
In a major development in the Zubeen Garg death case, the first images of the two prime accused have emerged. North East India Festival (NEIF) chief organiser Shyamkanu Mahanta and Zubeen’s manager Siddhartha Sharma have both been arrested in connection with the singer’s sudden death in Singapore. Mahanta was taken into custody upon arrival at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport from Singapore, while Sharma was arrested from a residence in Gurugram. The arrests mark a significant turn in the high-profile investigation, which has gripped Assam and the wider region.
