World Toilet Day: A Fight Against Poor Sanitation

World Toilet Day is being celebrated globally by NGOs, UN agencies, the private sector, civil society organizations and the international community today. By designating a special day to celebrate the importance of toilets in our lives, this day serves as a reminder of the struggles faced by billions of people who still lack access to basic sanitation. To celebrate World Toilet Day an event has been organised in Delhi's Central Park.
