With relief material stuck, the horror continues in Uttarakhand
With rescue operations nearly finished, the big focus now is the distribution of the relief material to the people who have lost - in many cases – everything in Uttarakhand. But the administration in parts of the state has been unable to arrange the distribution, which means that while relief is pouring in, it's not reaching the needy.
