'Will Stop 90% Burning If Given Funds': Punjab Puts Ball In Centre's Court
A major part of the pollution problem is crop burning from Punjab and Haryana. NDTV spoke exclusively to Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Badal about the issue. Mr Badal put the ball in the Centre's court saying the Modi government has given then no commitment for the money that's needed to tackle the problem.
