In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah questions government’s move to rule out flag meetings till Pakistan stops cross-border firing. Mr Abdullah says flag meetings are necessary to de-escalate the current tension and bring the ceasefire on track. He also says that this time large towns are deliberately being targeted by Pakistan and there seems to be a concerted effort to attack civilians.
