According to Rasik Chopra, a leader is not someone who is in-charge. "A leader is someone who has influence. Mahatma Gandhi was one of the biggest leaders... You don't need a team to be a leader, you need to have influence and Gandhi had that. If you want to be a leader, you have to be a learner," he said. Some of the greatest leaders of the world are learners, said Rasik Chopra, citing the examples of business tycoon Warren Buffet and Former US President Barack Obama.
