Where is the India-Pakistan relationship now headed?
As India and Pakistan announced new confidence building measures for Jammu and Kashmir today Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Hina Rabbani Khar, spoke of a changed mindset in her country and a new chapter in ties. Ms Khar struck that positive tone after her meeting with SM Krishna in Delhi. But both sides also acknowledged the difficulties with India conveying its displeasure on Ms Khar's meeting with the Hurriyat leaders yesterday.
