Is the atmosphere right for the PM to visit Pakistan?
Both India and Pakistan today eased visa restrictions and enhanced the confidence building measures. However, India still has not committed to a date when Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Pakistan. While Foreign Minister SM Krishna has said Dr Manmohan Singh is not shying away from travelling to Pakistan, his counter Hina Rabbani Khar told the media today that there are high chances of Indian PM's visit in the next one year.
