What Arvind Kejriwal's Lawyer Said On Supreme Court's Bail Decision
Both Supreme Court justices agreed that Arvind Kejriwal was entitled to bail, his lawyer Vivek Jain told NDTV. "There was no necessity to keep him inside [Tihar Jail] while the trial is going on. Since bail and illegal arrest were argued together, the result would have been that he was going to be released," he said.
