Watch: Karnataka Congress Newcomer Jagadish Shettar On His Fallout With BJP

Jagadish Shettar, the former Karnataka Chief Minister who joined the Congress after the BJP denied him an election ticket, said he will give his best in the Congress even though he has had a long association with the BJP. Mr Shettar, a six-time MLA, wanted to contest from Hubballi-Dharwad seat in the Karnataka election to be held on May 10. But the BJP did not agree with him, and asked him to give room to others in the party. He then left the BJP.
