Waqf Act Row: Union Minister Kiren Rijiju Slams Opposition
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has slammed the Opposition, saying the Congress and the RJD cannot escape accountability. He questioned whether they respect the Supreme Court's verdicts, the Indian Parliament. Rijiju also accused the Opposition of repeatedly undermining constitutional institutions.
His comments came after RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said that the Waqf Act would be "thrown into the dustbin" if his party was voted to power in Bihar.
