Almost a week after the electiion results were announced, the Congress has finally decided on its candidate for the top job in Uttarakhand. Vijay Bahuguna, the Congress MP from Tehri-Garhwal will be the state's new Chief Minister. Mr Bahuguna thanked Soni Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for reposing faith in him.
