Congress on Saturday said Union Minister Harish Rawat will be given "his due" but ruled out changing Vijay Bahuguna as Uttarakhand Chief Minister even as the rebel leader claimed he is not in the race for that post. With a solution to the crisis in Uttarkhand continuing to elude the party, AICC general secretary Chaudhary Birender Singh said the name of Mr Rawat's wife is being considered for Rajya Sabha nomination for the lone vacant seat from the hill state. March 19 is the last day for nominations.
