USHA Silai School Program In Partnership With Kashmir University
In 2018, under the USHA Silai School program, women of Kashmir valley worked with the famous designer Rohit Bal and went to Mumbai for Lakme Fashion Week. That collaboration revived the dying hope and dreams of many women. After that, the University of Kashmir has opened new Silai Schools in the valley for not just its students but also for encouraging other women and girls from the valley to become entrepreneurs.
