Hundreds of people are trying to flee the northwestern Ukrainian town of Irpin to safer areas amid Russian bombardment. These include both children and elderly people who are risking their lives in the absence of any safe corridor. The United Nations has warned of a humanitarian crisis as more than two million people have fled Ukraine since the invasion began.
