Two-Day Flower Festival 'Palaash' Being Held In Delhi
The Delhi Development Authority has organised a two-day flower festival which was inaugurated on Saturday at the Swarna Jayanti Park in Rohini. Delhi Lieutenant Governor, Vinai Kumar Saxena was the Chief Guest. The festival is titled 'Palaash', after the flower of the same name. A competition between different divisions of the horticulture department is also being held. (Video Credit: PTI)
