Twisha Sharma's Mother-in-Law Denies Murder Charges, Claims Mental Health Struggles

In the ongoing probe into the death of Twisha Sharma, her mother-in-law Giribala Singh has denied allegations of murder, dowry harassment and abuse levelled by Twisha's family. Speaking to NDTV, Giribala Singh claimed Twisha suffered from severe mental health issues and required continuous psychiatric monitoring. She alleged Twisha displayed "conflicting personalities" and said the family had tried to support her through counselling and treatment. Giribala also denied any dowry demands, claiming the family had financially supported Twisha multiple times. The statements come as police continue investigating the death and Twisha's husband Samarth Singh remains absconding.
