Trump On Greenland | What’s Next For Greenland And Denmark After Trump Administration Talks
US, Danish and Greenlandic officials met in Washington to discuss President Donald Trump’s push for American control of Greenland. While Denmark and its European allies move to strengthen security on the Arctic island, Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen says a “fundamental disagreement” with Washington remains. The talks come amid US claims that China and Russia are eyeing Greenland’s strategic location and critical mineral reserves.
