Top Iranian security official Ali Larijani has said Iran’s leadership remains united in the ongoing conflict with Israel and the United States, insisting there are “no divisions” within the country’s top ranks. Larijani made the remarks in an interview carried by Iranian state media. His comments came after President Masoud Pezeshkian apologized for attacks affecting neighboring countries. Meanwhile, Iran’s leadership council has requested arrangements to convene the Assembly of Experts, the body responsible for selecting the country’s next supreme leader.
