TCS on IT budgets
On IT budgets of firms in FY11, N Chandrasekaran, CEO & MD of TCS, said he expects it to be flattish in some sectors and while it may drop in some like manufacturing. "In BFSI and retail, it is likely to be flat and specific clients may hike it."
