"Strait Of Hormuz Closure Could Be Used As Leverage": Iran's Supreme Leader
Iran's supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei said Iran could use the closure of the Strait of Hormuz as leverage amid its conflict with the United States and Israel. In his first statement since the war began, Iran's supreme leader warned that strikes around the Gulf may continue and urged regional states to shut down US bases, while claiming Iran’s retaliation has only partly begun.
