The Road Safety Crisis In India

Is bad road-user behavior at the crux of the matter? Are we as Indians just bad on the road and if so, do we need to have a better road safety education programme? Are our Laws weak? Is weak enforcement of traffic laws and a poor penalty system making this problem endemic and when can the country expect to get a set of safety norms which are stringent? India's Road Safety Crisis is for real, it is time for India to take a multi-pronged approach to tackling this crisis.
