Power plants in the country have been suffering because capacity is lying idle for the want to coal and gas, and it is a double whammy for them because input prices have also gone up. Experts discuss if this will set a precedent for other power companies facing similar problems and if it is fair to expect customer to pay for increased input prices when developers bid to supply power at cheap rates.
