Dr Surjit Bhalla, Chairman, O[X]US Investments, joins NDTV Profit on a discussion on parliament getting adjourned for the 8th successive day over opposition to FDI in retail as each day of Parliament disruption costs Rs 2 crore to the exchequer. Meanwhile, UPA ally Trinamool Congress is still opposed to FDI in retail, abstaining in case of a vote to make UPA majority wafer thin.
