A special edition of Reality Check from the India Mobile Congress. Mobile phones have taken over our lives and it's time for the government, consumers and the telecom industry to take stock of where we are in the mobile phone business and where we are headed. The good news is, India now has some of the cheapest call and data rates, and infrastructure for adopting new technologies is growing. The bad news is, there's too much competition, there are allegations that the regulation is not entirely fair, and debts are piling up, forcing some of the players out. Could all this derail the industry?
