Two teenage Dalit sisters were raped and murdered, then hung from a tree in Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh by a group of men. Police say they have arrested all six involved in the rape. The opposition has attacked the Yogi Adityanath government over the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh.
