Parekh to recuse from Satyam board process: Karnik
HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh, who is also a member on the Satyam board, will recuse himself from the decision-making process when the Satyam board meets on Monday to decide the winner of the bid for a majority stake in the troubled IT company.
