TCS Nashik Row Deepens: National Human Rights Commission Seeks Report from Maharashtra DGP
The controversy surrounding the Tata Consultancy Services Nashik office has taken a major turn as the National Human Rights Commission steps in, seeking a detailed report from Maharashtra's top police officials.
Acting on a complaint by the Legal Rights Observatory, the NHRC has raised concerns over alleged religious conversion and sexual harassment within the company premises. So far, 7 employees have been arrested, including the HR head, while investigations by the SIT and local police continue.
