Coronavirus induced nationwide lockdown has left many migrant workers stranded; with no work available and no way to earn money to provide for their families. The children of migrant workers and other underprivileged children are perhaps the worst hit. Most of all, it's the children on the street who are subjected to some of the harshest realities of life. In this environment, Save the Children with their ground partners have come forward to provide these families with the rations they need to live with dignity. Along with providing the essentials, Save the Children is driving awareness programs on the ground, talking about hygiene and social distancing.
