West Champaran in Bihar, which was once known for kidnapping, ransom and bandits, is making news today for a start-up zone in Chanpatia. When several migrant laborers returned to their villages in Bihar in the aftermath of the Covid lockdown, District Magistrate Kundan Kumar decided to help them earn a living.
