Hours ahead of the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bastar in Chhattisgarh, Naxals kidnapped at least 200 villagers. Even as PM Modi spoke about development in the area frightening kidnap drama continued to be played out. Every few months there are reports of civilian and security forces being casualties to Naxal terror. Are we losing the battle against Naxals in Chhattisgarh?
