With just two weeks left before the commencement of Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a major announcement that India shot down its own satellite as a test of our defence mechanisms in space. India has, thus, become the fourth country to have this capability after United States, Russia, and China. On India vs Fake News, we do two fact checks from this development.
