With just two weeks to go for the general elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi kick-started his campaign in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut on Thursday. While his speech contained sharp attacks on the opposition, jobs were mentioned only three times, and Pakistan was mentioned 10 times.
