Too Soon To Re-Open Schools?

The government has allowed schools to re-open on a voluntary basis, but from parents to schools, there seem to be few takers. At least six states have already said they won't open schools even partially as it's too risky, and states which opened today saw barely any students turn up. On FYI, we take a look at the government guidelines, global trends and find out from the stakeholders what they have to say.
